And now she’s going to be all over the world. The superstar singer just announced she’s got a world tour going on for her hit new album, 1989.

If you, like so many others do, love Taylor Swift, then you’re going to want to know what, when, how, where and why and we’ve got all that going on right now. The what is that she’s got a great new tour going on. The why is because she just dropped an amazing new album. The when is next year. The how is because she has a lot of people that plan these things for her. The where is all over the world.

“So yea, #The1989WorldTour is happening!! I CANNOT WAIT!” Taylor Swift tweeted this morning. The tour starts May 20, 2015 in Louisiana at the Bossier City CenturyLink Center. She’ll stick around the US for a few weeks until June rolls around and she’s going to head to several other countries, including the UK, Scotland and Germany. She’ll come back to the US in July, head to Canada and then back the US and wrap up her world tour on Halloween night in Tampa, Florida.

Swift has already found her opening acts, inviting Vance Joy to tour with her for the most part and electing to have Shawn Mendes join her on very specific dates during her tour. Tomorrow begins pre-sales for the European tour dates and November 7 is the day North American tickets will begin their pre-sale. Get them now, because this is one tour that is expected to sell out quickly thanks to the popularity of this album!
